AUTUMN SPECIAL (September - December)

Just 30 minutes from the beaches of Chiavari and Portofino, away from the summer crowds and close to the ski resort of Santo Stefano d'Aveto. Perfect for chestnut and mushroom festivals, hiking, and walks among the colors of the Ligurian foliage, with trails reaching up to 1,800 meters on Mount Maggiorasca, Mount Caucaso, and Mount Ramaceto.



Sleeping within 16th-century stone walls is a unique experience. Ca' dei Gruppi is the family home of Ivo and Maria, lovingly restored and lived in for generations: fireplaces, a wood-fired oven, and the soul of ancient Liguria await you in the Ligurian hinterland.



This 350 sqm villa spans 3 floors in a building partly from the 14th and partly from the 16th century, fully renovated. It accommodates up to 7 guests in 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, a second fireplace in the tavern. Wi-Fi, dedicated workspace, TV in every room, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, children's games, baby cot, and fitness equipment.



Outside: large private garden with slate table, wood-fired oven and stove, open terrace, 2 covered terraces, and balconies overlooking the hills, beautiful in autumn colors.



4 shared parking spaces, electric charging station, and storage for motorcycles and bicycles. Pets allowed for an extra fee. No smoking. Tennis court 15 minutes on foot.



The coast of Chiavari, Lavagna, Sestri Levante, Rapallo, Santa Margherita, and Portofino is easily accessible. Genoa is nearby. The Cinque Terre can be reached by train from Sestri Levante or by boat. Ca' dei Gruppi awaits you!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this lovely, comfortable clean house. Ivo, our host, was very helpful and friendly. He gave us excellent advice about trips and things to do in the local area. The house is set in a beautiful location. We had a lovely holiday - the house is highly recommended!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet.
