ISLAND GROVE - This four bedroom home is located in a quiet Edgartown neighborhood with easy access to downtown and Katama. The main area of the house is an open living room, spacious and fully stocked kitchen, and an adjacent dining room with seating for 6-8. On one side of the house is a large primary bedroom, full bath, sunny guest bedroom and laundry room. On the other side of the house are two additional guest bedrooms and another full bath. Summer evenings can be spent dining on the back deck, or on the patio sitting around the fire pit. The home is fully equipped with all the amenities for an enjoyable island vacation. The neighborhood includes a tennis/pickleball court and a short trail leading to nearby Morning Glory Farm as well as the bike path leading into town.
