Beds are absolute garbage it’s like sleeping on a sheet over 20 springs. Bring a mattress topper. Holes in the wall. Holes in the ceiling. Old school window ac. No pots or pans. Bedding has ben bleaches beyond its life so if it rips you will be charged

We haven’t had any complaints about our mattresses until we sent a $45 charge for a torn comforter to this guest (we weren’t not told about this until after the charge was sent). There is a window AC in the rental that more than supply’s a 650 sq. ft. home. (It has to be turned on to work). There are select cooking items at the rental in the cabinet beneath the sink (you have to open the cabinet door to find these). We are pet friendly but do have a pet fee (which is still not paid by this guest). This guest also forgot to mention that we are super accommodating and gave him options to stay at another rental property of ours due to VRBO double booking this rental. This guest forgot to mention that we tried to call, email and text the entire week leading up to without an answer until 30 minutes before check in.This guest also didn’t tell you that when he gets angry he will call you and tell you to F Off.. instead of asking civil questions and the letting the property owner explain things.
