This beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath residence has been fully renovated and is ideally situated near the main clubhouse with spa, one of the four swimming pools, the kids’ splash pad, and the tennis/pickleball courts.

The guest bedrooms with queen beds and full bathroom are located at the front of the unit, while the spacious primary bedroom featuring a king bed and a private bathroom is tucked away at the back.
