Villa Policies & Guest Guidelines

To ensure the continued excellence of Casa Brooks and the comfort of all our guests, the following policies are strictly observed:

Smoke-Free Sanctuary: Casa Brooks is a strictly non-smoking property (including all indoor and outdoor areas). Non-compliance will result in a $500 USD restoration penalty.

Pet Policy: To maintain our pristine environment, pets are not permitted on the premises.

Occupancy & Additional Guests: * Base Occupancy: Rates are inclusive for up to 18 guests.

Extended Groups: For groups exceeding 18, an additional fee of $150 USD per person, per night applies.

Maximum Capacity: The villa accommodates a maximum of 22 guests.

Age Requirement: To ensure a sophisticated atmosphere, the primary signing renter must be at least 30 years of age.
