This stylish condo includes on-site access to some fabulous resort amenities including a pool, a roof garden and hot tub, a fitness center, and a grill area. Everything is within walking distance from high-end restaurants to casual ones, retail shops, supermarkets, bars, marina, and the Iconic Medano beach.

A fully equipped kitchen with all the essential appliances, makes it easy to plan and prepare meals at home if you don't feel like eating out. A plush sofa and a large smart TV welcome casual downtime in the living room. A cozy balcony offers a peaceful place for sipping coffee or cocktails. Master bedroom also has access to balcony.

Very nice!

The property was extremely clean, and the unit was well appointed, with about everything you would need. Within walking distance of beach, shopping and restaurants. The marina was a bit of a walk, but definitely doable, but I'm older!!

Perfect apartment, overzealous building management.

The owners are amazing! Very attentive and a perfectly appointed space. However the building is still under construction, and the management was rude and seemed to be on a power trip. Honestly we felt as though they wanted to sabotage Vrbo rentals.

To clarify the building itself isn’t under construction, the apartment complex as whole is brand new, therefore there are still individual tenants that are making renovations to their individual apartments. The building management is being revised so that there won’t be future misunderstandings. We are sorry that this lowered our rating even if it wasn’t in our control. We took all the necessary measures to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their stay moving forward.

Accomodation was as described,Our host overlooked no detail,from beach essentials to q-tips in the bathrooms.This was one of many trips to Cabo, but our first VRBO.We had such a great experience that it won't be our last.From our delayed check in(due to our airport transfers) to checkout everything was smooth.Special shoutout to Erika at the concierge desk.The location was superb,3 blocks to Walmart and same to swimable Medano Beach and close to downtown
