Enjoy your holiday in our cosy, well-furnished “Hanni” holiday rental, set on a beautiful property. Our house is located in Warnemünde (Diedrichshagen district), near the Baltic Sea and coastal forest, just a 10-minute walk from the beach.
Private, free parking space right at the house. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a cosy, well-furnished holiday apartment with a sun terrace, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.

Enjoy your holiday in our quietly located “Hanni” holiday apartment. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away.

The holiday rental, located on the ground floor, features a living room, an open-concept kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower and hair dryer. There is a large sun terrace in front of the living room.
The apartment is designed to accommodate 1 to 2 people.

Amenities: TV, radio/CD player, free Wi-Fi, kitchen with coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and microwave with grill.

We kindly ask that you do not smoke inside the apartment.
You can park your car for free right next to the house.

The initial supply for the house includes one linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, tea towels, shower mat).

Special features: Horseback riding stable in the immediate vicinity; well-developed biking and hiking trails. The golf course is just a few minutes away.

Visitor’s tax starting at 01.09.2023 in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults ages 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled (50% or more): 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher; accompanying persons only if the severely disabled person is 100% disabled and has a registered disability certificate
Children up to age 5, business travellers, athletes, conference attendees, travellers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the property owner:
- High chair/each: €2.00 one-time fee
- Travel cot (without mattress or bedding): €2.50 per night
