Gorgeous Family Beach Getaway Near Lake Michigan

Escape to this bright, spacious 5-bedroom home just 1 mile from the sandy shores of Lake Michigan! Perfect for families or small groups, this modern retreat blends comfort, style, and convenience. Enjoy morning coffee on the deck, an afternoon at the beach and cozy nights around the fire. The large kitchen is fully equipped for group cooking, and the game room and yard offers room to unwind or play after a beach day. Stay on site or enjoy some of the many nearby activities and attractions. The property includes a fully stocked kitchen with Keurig machine and 12 cup drip coffee maker (but no food items), 5 large bedrooms (4 king beds, 1 queen and 2 twins (trundle bed)), 4 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 4 smart TVs, WIFI, cotton sheets, towels, washing machine, clothes dryer, dish washer, central heat and AC, gas grill, fire pit, game room with ping pong and foosball table, many board games and parking for 4 cars. Also included are beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach wagon, 3 adult bikes and 2 kid bikes. For kids/babies, there is a pack and play, high chair, plastic plates/bowls/cutlery and a noise maker. The house is a 15 minute walk (5 minute drive) to Stop 37 beach access. There is no vehicle parking near the lake in this immediate area, but when we don't feel like walking, we drop off the family with the car and the driver takes the car back to the house and rides one of the bikes back to the beach). There are also several lovely public beaches within 10-15 minutes drive from the house in New Buffalo, Michigan City etc. There is so much to do in the area: beach days, hiking, biking, golfing, restaurants, wineries/distilleries, museums, shopping and more. The house comes with starter supplies (coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and cleaning supplies).
