Our sunsets are legendary as documented in our reviews and by the professional photographers who have filmed our location. Less than 10 minutes to the airport, Keeneland, and the Bourbon Trail. Shopping and restaurants are also minutes away. Our concierge service includes setting up farm tours, bourbon tours, and other local attractions. Please note that there is only one bathroom and a loft with an additional king bed pullout. It is best suited for family units and not ideal for two couples. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. There is a $250 pet fee.

Also, please note that this is an active working horse farm, not a traditional resort property. While families are welcome, the nature of the farm environment — including horses, equipment, fencing, and uneven terrain — makes the property best suited for children ages 12 and older.

Great long weekend

We stayed here during a long weekend of visiting Keeneland, horse farms, and bourbon distilleries. We couldn't have been happier with the decision. The place was in a great location. It was such a unique and beautiful property. The views of the farm in the morning were great to wake up to and the owners were easy to communicate with.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property is exactly as listed. We woke up to watching the sunrise over the field with the autumn trees in the back. The fire pit was nice and we used it the second night. We had all we needed and would book again.

You cannot beat the view and all of the amenities including a lovely welcome gift. The location is great. The layout of furniture is a little awkward. The host does a good job describing it in the description, but the loft is even smaller than I was picturing in my head. But overall, if I had 4 or less people, I would definitely stay there again! I also loved the commitment to the horse theme!

Beautiful serene atmosphere

We were in town for a college visit and this was a lovely quiet place to stay yet very close to everything! The UK campus, Keenland racetrack and Lexington Castle all within 15 minutes. We loved the open floor plan and beds were comfortable. My daughter loved the loft but know it is open to and above the master bedroom and an accessible by a ladder only. This was fine for her and us but may not be for every family. They had all needed amenities and hosts were accommodating. We would definitely stay again!
