Pros: excellent location close to anything you could need. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely. The AC was great and kept up with the Texas heat! There was plenty of space for us. The kitchen did have all the basics so we were able to cook quite a bit. Cons: there were some maintenance and cleanliness issues that need to be addressed. The toilet in the primary bedroom bath wobbled when used, the faucet in the hall bath was also not secured, and the garbage disposal did not work. It is sparsely furnished and could use more supplies as there was only one trash bag and limited towels.

Overall very comfortable, and clean. Beds were comfortable. Very convenient to food and stores. Host did a great job of communicating, easy to book and access property.
