In the village of Siesta, you’ll be welcomed to enjoy a cool beverage under the palm trees while listening to live music, take a stroll while you shop, or find many great local cuisines. Make sure to look for the local dolphins frolicking in our crystal-clear waters of the Gulf. Siesta Key beach, rated #1 in the country. The memories will linger long after your footprints in the sand have been washed away by the gentle waves.

Our stunning accommodations need to be experienced to be believed. The spacious floor plan is perfect for family vacations. Our suite is well appointed to 5-star standards and resort-quality amenities including multiple flat screen TVs, jetted oversized bathtubs and multi-head rain showers, king-size Grand Beds, and a fully-equipped kitchen complete with top of the line appliances.
Resort fee covers the following items: complimentary valet parking, premium high speed wireless internet, local calls, newspaper, business center with print me station, notary service, Stay Fit health club, bike rentals, laptops based on request, in-room safe barbeque grills, in room coffee/tea, beach services (chairs, umbrellas, towels), and water sport rentals (kayaks, paddleboards, floats).

Starting with the good, the condo itself was beautiful, with top of line finishes.Truly spacious and gorgeous! The free continental breakfast every morning and espresso coffee all day was also fantastic! The proximity to the beach could not have been better!The bad…check in was confusing with conflicting info between the management company and the Hyatt property itself, but nothing awful. A bigger issue was that the listing states that they provided beach chairs in the room along with beach towels, a cooler and a wagon for renter use. Only a cooler was provided in the room and when I immediately notified the property management company. They told me I was wrong and that was not included. I then sent them both a screenshot of their guest portal as well as the paperwork. They handed me a check in both which stated all those things were included and they still told me that those were a misprint and accurate. As a family of Six coming down the wagon and the beach towels and chairs were incredibly important to our stay. Luckily the hide itself provided some chairs on the beach with umbrellas so that mitigated that issue but the wagon issue was unfortunate. I just do not like when something is misrepresented prior to purchase. Also, though the listing didn’t state, it was oceanfront a few of the pictures of the listing made you think that it was in Oceanview condo when it was not. Finally, though out of their control, the first few days the beach smelled horribly from storm debris

Hi Kevin, Thank you for your review. I would like to make a couple of clarifications. There were no misrepresentations prior to your booking. The listing states all of the amenities provided by the Hyatt within the listing description which does include: beach services (chairs, umbrellas, towels), and water sport rentals (kayaks, paddleboards, floats). Our guest portal is a service guest have access to after booking with us, not prior to purchase. At the time of your check in, our guest portal was undergoing maintenance to make it easier and friendly for our guests to us and we do apologize that there was an error in the information being displayed. We greatly appreciate you bringing that error to our attention. The Hyatt does not allow us to leave the beach equipment in guest rooms per their rules and regulations. This room is not advertised to be ocean view however, the Hyatt property is beach front. Thank you for taking the time to leave us you feedback.
