The apartment for two is in a beautiful wooden house in Meersburg, a picturesque town on Lake Constance with Germany’s oldest inhabited castle, narrow lanes and medieval charm. The historic old town and lakeside promenade are about a 12-minute walk away.



The stylish ground-floor apartment, finished with high-quality materials, sleeps 2. It has a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a king-size bed and a bathroom. Wi-Fi, satellite TV with international channels and a fresh-air ventilation system in all rooms ensure a comfortable stay. Please note that the building is on a slope. Unfortunately, the sofa shown in the photos is currently unavailable.



In the old town, you’ll find restaurants, cafés and bars with lake views, small shops and the castle. A supermarket is a 13-minute walk away (1.1 km), while the lakeside lido and thermal baths are a 20-minute walk away (1.7 km). Meersburg is an ideal base for exploring western Lake Constance: take a boat to the flower island of Mainau or reach the university town of Konstanz in just a few minutes by ferry. A bus stop is right outside the house.



A parking space is available on the property. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are welcome.

Pet friendly for extra 50 euro. Basement like apartment, tiny window near the top of the bedroom (main room of the apartment). Poor air circulation; windows so small there was minimal natural light/air. No seating/living area.

Ferienwohnung sehr sauber in guter Lage.

Pros: Lage der Ferienwohnung war nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Parkplatz vor der Wohnung. Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Ferienwohnung ideal für Paare, größe der Wohnung völlig ausreichend. Cons: Da die Wohnung am Hang liegt, ist sie etwas dunkel. Kleine Fenster.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Wohnung auf neusten Stand. Der Vermieter war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben schöne Tage bei sommerlichen Temperaturen in Meersburg und Umgebung verbracht.

Sehr sauber, gute Betreuung, ruhige Lage,

Die Wohnung ist zwar unten, mit nur zwei Fenster,was uns bei den warmen Tagen aber sehr zu nutzen gekommen ist ,da das Raumklima hervorragend war. Man hat keine Lärm gehört und war auch sehr schnell am Bodensee. Wir kommen gerne wieder in die Unterkunft.
