* Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street
legal and registered like other motor vehicles. They must be parked
in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage
converted to a games room).
* Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to
immediate towing
* Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home.
Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge
plus electricity costs.
* Must leave property in the same state of cleanliness and general
order as found.
