This amazing 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath vacation townhome rental is in the beautiful Solterra Resort, Davenport, Florida! There is enough space for the entire family in this open, spacious, 2 story Disney area vacation home. The location could not be any better. Only a few short minutes from Walt Disney World and Orlando's other famous attractions like Universal Studios, Seaworld, and Legoland. Solterra Resort sits nestled off Interstate 4 and Hwy 27. Easy access to shops, restaurants, and world class golf. This resort is a secure gated community only moments from the magic but far enough to experience peace from the busy tourist district. Solterra Resort is 15 minutes to Disney with access to the Interstate only 3-5 minutes from the entrance.

Our luxury Townhome offers a full living area downstairs and a separate loft area upstairs both with large flat panel tvs to enjoy a movie night and gaming on a relaxing day in from the parks. This Solterra Resort townhome is luxury and sophisticated, fun for the family, and relaxing for the adults!

Resort Amenities Include a 6700 square foot clubhouse, swimming pool, spa, fitness center, business center (with Internet access to ensure you stay connected!), volleyball, tennis, childrens playground, and a picnic area where you can enjoy a meal and relax. This beautiful, contemporary styled luxury villa, is situated in Central Florida's newest and most spacious conservation development, Solterra Resort.


Our 5 -bedroom 4.5 bathroom home sleeps up to12 people and provides the ideal base for your family and friends to enjoy all that Florida has to offer and to meet all the expectations for your vacation.

Very nice vacation home

Very nice house, very spacious although i paid for a heated pool the pool was not heated till the third day it took 2 days for it to heat up. Very close to stores and Disney. We loved our stay and will definitely stay here again.

Check-in process was seemless and instructions were detailed and easy to follow. Property is well kept and stocked with the kitchen gadgets and necessities you need for your stay. Property manager was responsive and very helpful. The amenities did have a cost associated which I didn’t understand; however, that could have been my misunderstanding. Location was great for the parks and other activities in the area. Overall, we had a wonderful family stay and would stay again!

Great Weekend Get A Way for our Ladies City Group

The place was perfect for the 9 of us to have our own beds, private pool, 2 different living room areas, and pretty much had everything you could need. Very clean and overall great place for a little get away. The resort pool was nice but WAY too crowded. It met capacity quickly so we just came back to the house pool.

Amazing family vacation!

We had a beautiful vacation from begin to end at this vacation home. The host was very communicative and welcomed us with a gift basket with a welcome note! This is a new property and they got a high chair special for our stay! There was a mini basketball hoop by the pool which was great for the boys! They provided lots of extra towels and linens which was a huge plus for me as I’m always washing the towels when we go to a vacation home. Check in and check out we’re a breeze as well. I would definitely recommend this vacation home to anyone!

Clean, comfortable, and a very responsive owner

The house and location are everything you'd want in a vacation home. Close enough to the parks but in a quiet gated community. Everything in the owner's description is accurate and we would stay here again if it's available when we return. The only issue we had, at no fault to the owner, is the area had very bad cell reception for the 5 days we were there. I'm not sure if it's always that bad or if it was an atypical occurrence but calls, texts, and navigation outside the property were terrible on our 2 different major networks. That being said, the property wifi is very fast and stable so we didn't have any issues at the property when connected to wifi.

Great location but needs some TLC

This property is located in a great location. There were definitely pros and cons, first thing we noticed was the vertical blinds, there were several missing which I felt caused issues with privacy. There are other condos directly behind which means they could possibly see right in. The walls were very dirty, there was hair on several of the towels and the ceiling fan was filled with dust in the master bedroom. I will say the property has lots of potential but it really needs a deep cleaning. Check-in process was super easy! Neighborhood was pleasant. The property had everything needed, even extra toothbrushes, shampoo, etc.
