I stayed here in April and the location itself wasn't terrible, it was not too far from the parks but the traffic getting out of the neighborhood was extremely long and took about 30 minutes just to get on the highway (to be expected though). The check in process was super smooth and took only about 5 minutes at the front gate to get everything checked in. The property was only okay however. It was clean and smelled nice and the rooms were spacious. Our first problem was the game room, when we arrived there were multiple items broken or not working and looked like they had just been glazed over and forgotten about, the host was notified immediately and it took a couple days but was eventually "fixed" some of the stuff was just taped together and not actually replaced however. The next thing was the AC it gave us a warning about changing it and possible charges if needed fixed but it kept being changed to a different temp than we wanted every morning. Another issue was the pool/"hot tub" which unless you pay an outrageous price for them to heat the entire pool which wasn't mentioned there really is not a "hot tub". The beds were not bad and the sofas were comfy and overall if it was a bit cheaper it wouldn't be a terrible spot to be however given the small issues we had we likely will not be staying here again.

The best

We stayed here for 10 days and loved it. Would recommend and will be staying here again. The owner is on top of any issue and the community is a nice. Place is like the pictures and well taken care of. Loved this property home away from home.

Amazing Orlando Vacation Home

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was perfect! Plenty of room for everyone and close to the resort pool. The kids loved the game room and the pool! We would recommend this place to everyone.

This was a very nice place to stay. Pleanty of room for all of the family. The beds were comfortable. The resort looked nice but it was too cold to use during our time there. No complaints.

Great place…perfect for a family!!

We had a great experience!! The house was very clean and all furniture, couches and beds were super comfortable. The hot tub was great after our long days at Disney and the large dining table let us all eat together which was awesome! The kids loved the bunk beds and the game room and had a lot of fun! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Family House

Great clean and beautiful house. We had small children and grandparents with us and the set up worked perfectly having multiple master style bedrooms. Easy check in and close proximity to the clubhouse made for easy pool days. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Wonderful house, pool, and hot tub

We enjoyed our stay in the house and it had wonderful amenities. The house was clean and the bedrooms were large. The five bathrooms also were a big plus. We will be returning to the area in a couple of years and we hope to get the same house.

Great house!

We were a family and friends group of 10 and it was a perfect house for us. Clean and comfortable and had no problems during our stay. Great location a short drive to Disney and the club house pool was a hit with the kids. Highly recommended.

House was exactly as represented. Centrally located for access to all parks. Perfect for large group or family. One suggestion would be the addition of a handrail on steps into pool.
