Welcome to "West View Cabins". We offer four (4) cabins tucked together on Otsego Lake, directly on Trail 7.

Meet Cabin 3 - your cozy little hideaway for a northern Michigan adventure. This two‑bedroom, one‑bath charmer comes with a stand‑up shower and an open, easygoing kitchen‑and‑living‑area combo perfect for cooking, lounging, or plotting your next day of fun. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, while the second bedroom has a full bed.

Stay connected with Wi-Fi and relax with essentials like air conditioning, individual grill, and picnic table. Just bring beach towels!

Resort community amenities include your own boat slip at the dock, trailer parking, two large firepits overlooking the lake, kayaks, bikes, lawn games, grassy commons area, shallow sandy bottom swimming area, floats and water games, and picnic tables.

*Note: Docks are available approximately Memorial Weekend to Labor Day Weekend, weather permitting.

**There are 25 wood steps with a handrail down to the waterfront.

***Always Improving: To ensure the highest quality stay for our guests, we are currently in the process of refreshing our interiors. While the layout and amenities remain as described, some furniture and decor items may differ from the listing photos due to these recent upgrades.

****Pets: One dog under 50# per cabin, with a $25/night pet fee. Please check the box when making the reservation that says, "Traveling with pets" and then message us with the color/description of your furry friend.

*****As required by Vrbo policy, this is a camera location disclosure. There are three (3) exterior cameras onsite to monitor parking areas (one on the garage and two on Cabin 4 exterior).

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off the air conditioning (or set the thermostat to 55 degrees).
If the outdoor temperature is in single digits, leave the faucets on a drip from both hot/cold sides to prevent pipes from freezing.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM — 08:00 AM. During quiet hours, guests/speakers must not be audible from 50 feet away.
Restricted Areas: The garage, owner's closet, cleaner's closet, and utility closets are locked, private, and not accessible to guests.
Only human waste and toilet paper are to be flushed. Double bag fish waste and place it into the freezer onsite.

We had a wonderful time. Could use a cutting board, mirror in bath room and replace broken plastic outdoor chair. The bed was extremely comfortable and supplies were well stocked. We noticed the gas stovetop remained warm hours after the oven was turned off (problem?). We hope to stay with you out again.

As one of our first guests, thank you so much for the review and for choosing to stay with us! Based on your feedback, we're already replacing the outdoor chair, adding a cutting board, and adding a bathroom mirror to make the space even better. Regarding the gas stovetop—thank you for bringing that to our attention. Our oven vents directly beneath the cooktop, which causes that area to stay warm for a bit, but, we are still having a maintenance professional verify everything is 100% safe! Thanks again!
