in the farm’s former carriage house. It features solid wood furniture
and low-maintenance designer flooring. The large living room, with a fully equipped kitchen,
dining area, and seating area, serves as the heart of the apartment and has its own
exit to the garden. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, each with two single beds.

large refrigerator and freezer, microwave, dining table & four chairs,
smart TV, leather couch, two armchairs, 4 solid wood beds, 2 dressers, wardrobe,
coat rack, bathroom with shower, washing machine.
Guests must bring their own towels or can book them on-site.



The 74 m² apartment is very comfortable and modern
and is located on the ground floor in the annex, the former
carriage house of the estate. The large combined living/dining room with an open kitchen is
the heart of this apartment and has its own access to the garden, from which you have
a sweeping view of the surrounding fields. With 74 m² of floor space, the apartment offers enough room to
ensure a pleasant stay for 4 people. In the very well-equipped kitchen (four ceramic cooktops,
oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator/freezer, microwave), you can prepare full meals and enjoy them at the large dining table in a cosy atmosphere. Both bedrooms each have two single beds. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and washing machine.
This apartment is located in the same outbuilding as Apartment 5 (1st floor) and is ideal for two families (8 beds) to rent together.

In the apartments, you’ll sleep in one, two, or three bedrooms, in single or double beds. The floors in the apartments are either hardwood or tile. The entire property, with its 7 holiday apartments, is also popular for rentals by families, groups of friends, or class reunions. Each apartment can accommodate up to 2, 4, 5, or 6 people, providing a total of 29 sleeping accommodation. The beds are already made for you; towels can be booked upon request.





A washing machine, dryer, and outdoor drying area, as well as Wi-Fi and our large car park, are available for our guests to use free of charge.

The windows offer a sweeping view across the fields, directly into the Warnow Valley. The guest area of our large garden borders directly on the edge of the fields and can be used for cosy coffee breaks and barbecue evenings, or simply for relaxing and unwinding.
