Die Lage der Wohnung ist im zweiten Stock an der Bismarckstraße und vom Balkon zum Meer blickend. Das Gebäude hat zwei Fahrstühle, vom Geräusch her haben wir wenig von anderen Nachbarn mit bekommen, es gibt dort min. 101 Wohnungen. Im Elternschlafzimmer stehen zwei Boxspringbetten, im Kinderzimmer ein altes, stabiles Hochbett. Es gibt viele Haken in der Wohnung, um etwas aufzuhängen, aber im Bad wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten und nur eine Steckdose. Die Wohnung war sauber und in allem soweit okay. WLAN funktionierte auch ohne Probleme.

Hätte besser sein können

Wir wurden noch vor unserer Abreise darüber informiert, dass wir unseren Schlüssel zur FEWO in einem Schlüssselkasten beim Büro abholen könnten und am nächsten Tag noch einmal vorbeikommen sollen, um einen Zweitschlüssel und die Gästekarten abzuholen. Das Büro war jedoch am folgenden Tag geschlossen, sodass wir erst am Montag unsere Gästekarten abholen konnten. Das war ärgerlich, den insb. die Gästekarten hätten wir dringend bereits am Sonntag gebraucht (erm. Eintritt). Die Fenster in der Wohnung mui0ten wir erst einmal selbst putzen, damit wir überhaupt etwas vom versprochenen Meerblick hatten. Wir hätten es auch sinnvoll gefunden, wenn in der beschreibung der FEWO erwqähnt worden wäre, dass das zweite Schlafzimmer fensterlos war. Schön war, dass wir nicht gleich um 10.00 Uhr am Abreisetag die Wohnung verlassen mußten, sondern uns Zeit lassen konnten bis zur Abfahrt des Zuges zum Hafen.
