Cosy 2-room holiday apartment with a balcony and a view of the Baltic Sea, sleeping up to 4 people, located in the Baltic Sea resort of Kellenhusen, right next to the beach.

Holiday Apartment No. 45 in the Sol Mare building is located on the 4th floor of the building.

From here, you have a view all the way to the Baltic Sea.

The holiday apartment is comfortably furnished. The living area features a sleeper sofa, a recliner, a TV stand with a flat-screen TV, a dining area with a corner bench and chairs, and a spacious, built-in kitchenette.

The separate bedroom features a double "box spring" bed and two dressers for your luggage.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

Wohnung gut ausgestattet und gemütlich, gute Lage, nah zum Hundestrand. Leider war die Balkontür defekt, schwer zu öffnen und zu schließen. Der Staubsauger war total verdreckt ohne Saugkraft. Mußten wir säubern und neuen Staubsaugerbeutel reintun. mfG Schwalbe

Es gibt keinen Schrank für die Sachen selbst bei der Komode im Schlafzimmer ist nur das untere

Es gibt keinen Schrank für die Sachen selbst bei der Komode im Schlafzimmer ist nur das untere Schubfach frei man lebt aus der Tasche. Zu zweit geht mit mehr Personen wäre es nicht gut. Bei den Fenstern müssten Fliegengitter angebracht werden, wir hatten in der ersten Nacht nur Mücken im SZ. Die Armatur in der Küche lässt sich nicht drehen. Die Mülleimer sollten mal getauscht werden, diese sind kaputt und wurden mit Klebeband zusammengeklebt, es waren auch keine weiteren Mülltüten vorhanden. Die Gartenmöbel würde ich auch gegen was ordentliches mal tauschen und die Steine auf dem Balkon entfernen. Das Bett ist mit 140 cm breite etwas klein aber das sieht man ja bei der Buchung. Das Schwimmbecken im Haus ist gut. Wir hatten Probleme mit dem Passwort für das WLan, dieses sollte noch einmal geprüft werden da es mit dem Infozettel und dem Aufkleber auf den Router nicht ganz überein stimmt. Die Lage ist gut man hat es nicht weit zum Strand, Wald und zum Einkaufen. Die Wohnung im 3 OG ist zwar nicht so toll wegen den Treppen steigen aber dies sieht man ja bei der Buchung und man sieht noch vom Balkon aus ein Stück von der Ostsee.
