Though this is a studio, the sofa separates the space to create a living area to watch TV, and groups of four can easily call this space home, making it ideal for small families or groups of friends to enjoy! When days heat up, don't hesitate to take a dip in the shared pool or simply walk along the harbor at sunset to end days on a dreamy.

Sitting right on the water of Yaquina Bay, this hideaway will be the perfect jumping-off point for exploring everything that Newport has to offer. The main drag of downtown is just over a mile away, where you will find a plethora of local restaurants and shops to explore. Make your way a little further, and you can be on the pristine sand of Nye Beach just two miles from your front door or hike around Yaquina Bay State Recreation Site, also two miles away.
