Unit was just as advertised. Quick walk to the beach and very clean! Stairs weren’t bad and pools were great. Indoor pool was a plus especially on our rain day! Would def stay here again

Amazing stay!

Property was everything plus more. Our family hated to leave with the location being just a quick walk to the beach. Beach is amazing with low tide being and time for kids to explore and walk for miles! High tide provides perfect swimming areas for kids as well as adults to cool off. Place was very clean and had everything we needed. Only issue was the 10 number access code for the lock. Would love to stay again

Time the Tide!!

We typically visit the Gulf but visited HHI instead! When the tide is low, expect a decent 10 minute walk through wet sand and mud to get to the water. The unit is well equipped. The master bedroom bed could be less firm and pillows could use a refresh. Overall, it was a relaxing stay! I would stay again!

Great access to the North beach. Secluded, otherwise. Room was nice, indoor pool park and basketball court lacking in upkeep. If you want to be away from all the action of the typical Coligny Beach scene this is where you should go. Renting bikes was easy but there's not many places to go to with them. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing getaway

A beautifully decorated cozy condo tucked away on the north end of the island. The condo felt warm and welcoming and was very clean. The screened in balcony was a nice place to relax in the morning and evening.The condo is also close to many restaurants and stores. There is miles of walking and bike paths to enjoy. Historic Mitchelville Park is located across the street and Fort Howell is near by as well. The beach is a great place to relax and search for shells. The pool is a nice area to relax as well.

A couple cleanliness things: bedding, dishes. The Keurig was broken and the reusable filter in the regular coffee pot was the size for a small coffee maker.Grounds overflowed the first time we used it, and then we made 1/2 pots bc we didn’t want to go buy filters. A shoe rack in the entrance would be nice as you are not allowed to leave shoes outside and they always make a mess in the entrance. Just a thought!

Just ok, NOT waterfront as title says

The condo was immaculate as far as cleanliness. Perfect space for four people. Description is very misleading, however. This unit is not waterfront as listed. To see any water or beach it’s about a five minute walk just to see any water. View from unit is run down tennis courts and parking lot. No washing machine as listed in the amenities either. Also, there is no elevator for these condos. Our group had no problem with stairs but just know if you have issues with steps, going up to the third or second floor will be a challenge, especially with luggage.

No elevator

The condo was great, it has everything you need for a stay with the family. Plenty of room, all the necessities in the kitchen etc. It wasnt perfect though. On the listing i didnt read anywhere that these facilities did not have an elevator. It was only sent at the very very end of a long email about the check in process the day before. We were on the 3rd floor. It wasn't a complete deal breaker but i feel like it needs to be clearly written some where for people deciding to book to can see it. Also, there werent any instructions for checking out. We called several different numbers trying to find out where to take our trash and everyone just had us call another number. Even the security guy didnt give us a clear answer so we left it bagged up inside the kitchen because we were in a hurry and had to make it back at a certain time for sporting events. Overrall my kids had a blast and enjoyed their room and at the end of the day thats all that matters. I just wish things were cleared up for us. There were 2 outdoor pools to choose from, one right beside the beach. All the buildings are a short walk to the beach which was nice. It was a nice stay overall.
