Property was clean and as pictured - appreciate the many hooks for towels/ coats, kitchen was well stocked. We needed a replacement battery for the smoke detector during our stay and Victoria was very responsive. Would stay again

The elevator on 4th. Floor didnt work that was unacceptable because of the laundry room we had to walk up just to do our laundry and our keyless entry didn't work.

Nice location

The property is in a good location, with beach access via a long boardwalk. We were not thrilled by the lack of extra linens, and there were blood stains on the extra comforter. And there were no beach toys, chairs or beach towels. Also, the kitchen was small and difficult to cook in. and the laundry on site was very busy and difficult to use. We would not stay again, but the location was the draw.

Family beach vaca

While a bit dated, the resort is great for families! I had seen some reviews about the resort not being clean, however, that was not our experience at all! Both the room and the resort were very clean! We didn’t even look at the indoor pool, but we swam in both outdoor pools. Our kids enjoyed playing pickleball each night and there plenty of courts. The walk to the beach is long, so a beach wagon is necessary if you small kids or want to take chairs, umbrellas etc. there is a shuttle however, it only runs during certain time blocks. The room was very clean! We made multiple meals and the kitchen is equipped for basic cooking needs.

Beautiful

Everything turned out perfect. Only issue we had was staff was pretty rude. Seen this on another review. I doubt this applies to everyone but there is a strict two car policy. When our rental van did not work out we had to take multiple cars just thinking we would have just pay for an extra ticket only to find out this was absolutely not allowed. We had to park a car off property and switch out the whole time. All in all it was all clean and good

Regarding parking, two-bedroom condos are allotted two spaces and three- bedrooms three and we apologize for any inconvenience.
