HHI Perfection

This spacious house is perfect for a family or group of couples. Spacious, clean, and SO conveniently located. Beach access is footsteps away and dining options abound in all directions. The house was perfect for our travel plans to Hilton Head with our puppers.

Lovely Home Steps from the Beach

Annual Usher Ministry Retreat

Sea Front location is prefect! We started every morning with a walk on the beach. The size of Sea Front is perfect for a large group. The was house furniture with everything we needed. The house is also located near a beautiful large park. We would definitely stay at Sea Front again.

Great place to stay!

This was a beautiful home and convenient to the beach and to local businesses. The only suggestion I would make is to provide a light switch in the garage area where the light stays on. The motion detector light was very annoying when trying to play ping pong or load/unload our luggage. Would definitely stay here again or recommend to others.

This location was hands down the best thing I could have hoped for! We were a very short walk to the beach. The house was gorgeous and had all of the amenities we hoped for (including a Keurig and a pellet ice maker!) Job well done to these homeowners!

We loved the house and where it is located. There were a few items that needed to be repaired at the home. It is a great home but just needs several things repaired. We hope to come stay again in the future.

Great home, super location.

Great experience with Vacasa and Sea Front. Very clean, well maintained home. Super close to the beach. As other reviews stated, lots of construction on the street - banging and big trucks from 7am to 7pm, Mon-Sat. If you plan to do any cooking, bring your own spices, etc! Really enjoyed the home and would defintely return despite the construction.

Great location!

The location of this house is excellent! Close to the beach and park (and family staying at nearby Marriott Surfwatch). The house itself is roomy and has a beautiful porch to relax on. There were many amenities such as a full size washer/dryer, games, ping pong table, and fancy ice machine. However, I would say this house could use some TLC. I also thought the cleaning could be better. We had an issue with a missing window covering for the French doors of the master bedroom which is of course a privacy issue, but I was told that was being corrected right away. Overall, I would recommend this house. With a little better cleaning and upkeep, it would be amazing.

The hot tub did not work. This was very disappointing and one of the main reasons we wanted the house. There was 2 total trash bags. There was no soap, salt, pepper, toilet papers, or basic amenities that every rental place should own. Location was great and the actual house was very nice, but to not have basic needs was disappointing.

Great Place with a Few Exceptions

The house was nice and just a couple minutes walk away from the beach. It’s a great place for a family gathering. The hot tub was very nice as well. The few exceptions were as follows…1) The inside shower door handle to the upstairs bathroom was broken. The shower handle comes off as you try to close the door. 2) One of the sinks in the upstairs bathroom had a bad plunger that always stayed down. 3) Common every day necessities were lacking. There wasn’t any dish soap for the kitchen sink. There weren’t any extra garbage bags. We were told there’s only a standard two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. When you have a family of six staying for approximately five days, this is not nearly enough. Be prepared to shop for your every day necessities. 4) The television in the family has wires and cords coming out from everywhere. Looks tacky. This would be an easy fix to cover the cords and wires. Overall all we enjoyed our family vacation (at a great location) with our newest Marine whom graduated from Parris Island.
