Privately owned, spacious 3 bedroom 3 full bath villa, located just steps from two golf courses and a ten minute walk to the SeaPines Beach Club. #21 Lighthouse is special in that each bedroom has its own private bath, something convenient and unique in this area. New living room furniture and all new stainless appliances were put in spring 2025. Guests praise free high speed internet and the awesome view of the Atlantic Dunes Golf Course from the Carolina room. The first floor master bedroom features a new king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a queen and a twin bed. We keep our kitchen immaculately clean and fully stocked so that you can choose to eat in or dine out. Enjoy all that Sea Pines has to offer from this centrally located, comfortable villa. Beautiful views and everything you need for a wonderful vacation are included!

Our guests will enjoy two free bikes to explore the miles of leisure trails, biking to Harbour Town or South Beach Marina, tennis, golf, beach, pool, horseback riding, dining, and shopping. This property's prime location will help everyone in the group enjoy all that areas and amenities of Sea Pines.

Please note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the newly remodeled South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina. Passes are $125 for a family weekly pass. Daily and individual passes are available. For details and to register visit southbeachpool.com.

Check in is a breeze as we mail your SeaPines vehicle pass and door code ahead of your arrival, eliminating the need to stop and wait at security. Just head straight to the villa, park right in front, and enjoy the beach!

Girls trip!

This trip to Hilton Head was great! Weather cooperated, ocean water was still warm and company terrific! Rental property was great as well, no complaints, a good time was had by all! Would rebook this property!

Perfect Rental

Been vacationing at HHI for over ten years, and the is property is by far our favorite. Great space to be together and go off to your rooms, including screened in porch which was quite comfortable. Great working with owners, too. Had a hiccup with bikes, and Jessica quickly remedied the situation. Would definitely return!

Convenient and Well Stocked

This three bedroom, three bath worked great for our family trip. The bonus was having beach towels, bed linens, 2 bikes, and beach chairs included. The bathrooms also came stocked with shower/bath supplies giving us time before needing to hit the grocery store. The location is super close to golf and also the Beach Club and right on the bike trails. We also appreciated the newer gas grill. The dishwasher is in need of replacement but everything else worked great in the unit. Definitely recommend this property.

Lighthouse Villas

Have stayed in this unit before, so even though I was on my own, I still rented the 3-bedroom since it was available. Very comfortable and clean. Kitchen is very well equipped. Quiet area, although some pounding due to upgrades/repairs going on at other units. Have another week booked in May, unit next door. Going forward, however, will seriously have to reconsider Sea Pines. Beach club has new parking rules and renters not going through the resort will be unable to access the beach club until after 5:00.

Relaxing Seapines Escape

Beautifully decorated and comfy villa in perfect location. Plenty of info and prep before our trip making check-in painless. Full Amenities, short walk to the beach...and they even ordered up Perfect Weather!

We loved our stay! The place is roomy and has everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook or BBQ. Three bathrooms, one for each bedroom, was great. The third bedroom has a double and a single, which was super. There are tons of extra blankets and pillows. We loved playing games each night in the sunroom. The table fit the six of us. The bikes at the property made it a breeze to get down to the beach (seven minutes on foot four by bike). I thought parking for two vehicles might be a problem, but there was always a guest spot infront of one of the condos. - in March Jessica was a great host, so easy to reach. She dropped off some beach chairs and towels while we were there. 😊 The bottle of wine waiting for our arrival was a really nice touch!

Wonderful Location!

We really loved this villa bc of the space! Having small children on the trip, it was nice to designate the sunroom as a place for us adults to hang out in. The villa is well stocked, was super clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated. Our favorite thing was the distance to the beach! So convenient to be able to walk and not worry about parking at the beach club. Would definitely stay here again!

Great, well-located villa that met all of our expectations based on the listing description. Very clean and well-maintained. Easily walkable distance to the Beach Club. Appreciated the many amenities including bikes, beach towels, beach chairs, gas grill, and a well-equipped kitchen.

Lovely Property

We loved this condo and location. Walking to beach and biking to all of Sea Pines. Bikes were there, ready to use. Large place, plenty of room and all amenities. Only draw back is limited outside patio and no direct pool. Otherwise the best condo yet.

Can hardly find any fault. Only suggest replacing area rugs in kitchen, ends roll up and potential for tripping. Tried to clean window facing golf course but the problem was. Moisture between the double glass, needs replacing I think. Felt kitchen was well equipped and everything in good condition. Loved the blue decor. Thanks for the bottle of wine. Could not find guest book or would havw left a. Note. Thanks for a nice stay.

Cute place to stay!

The location was nice and centrally located for so many things. Just a 10 minute walk to the beach and golf in the backyard. It’s a cute place and our teenage kids loved having their own rooms and own bathrooms. We would stay here again!

This was our third time to HHI and first time we chose to stay inside Sea Pines. What a wonderful experience - super convenient to so many things, beach access was awesome and we’d stay again for sure.

Beautiful home, fantastic location!

This is a wonderful property on a golf course and an easy walk to a beautiful beach! My family of four was very comfortable here. The owner responds very quickly to emails. We would definitely stay here again!
