You'll love preparing delicious meals in the updated kitchen boasting full-size appliances, especially when you can enjoy them al fresco out on the balcony. The free WiFi will make it easy to download a new playlist to your device or research a fun outdoor adventure while the central AC cools down the room.



Don't forget to take a walk to explore all the fun on-site amenities that include a shared pool, tennis court, gym, beach bar, and restaurants! Plus, you will be able to rinse off the sand and sunscreen in style with the newly updated bathroom awaiting you!

This was definitely one of the more affordable properties on Hilton Head Island, with easy access to the beach and great amenities. This condo was perfect for a short island getaway. The condo had everything we needed.

When booking this unit I was looking for something in Admirals Row close to our friends and was told by Mary this was unit 105 in the beachfront section of admirals row. We arrived to the property roughly 4 hours early after driving straight through. While waiting we found out that this unit was in Ocean Villa, not admiral row. We were told sorry for the miscommunication. Unfortunately, we had a unit reserved in the front part of ocean villa A that was cheaper and 2 bedrooms. We ended up settling for this one bedroom unit for more money to be a couple doors down from our friends. Highly disappointed. Once we arrived and found the unit we had about 3 hours to wait for check-in. We asked about an early check-in and were told that we would get the code as soon as it was cleaned so we waited in the parking lot for 3 hours and not once did someone go in or out of the unit before receiving our code at 3:55. I would highly recommend not using this company. Sent several messages that were responded to with what appeared to be AI. As for the unit itself, im not sure if I would consider it "newly remodeled". but it was not bad. There is what appeared to be mold around the bathtub caulking, chipped/missing paint throughout the unit, and some visible damage to the cabinets. Typical wear for a rental unit. The couch is was Very uncomfortable to sit on as well(I think it was broke).
