Apartment description:
The entire apartment features high-quality designer flooring in a dark finish. The bathroom is tiled in anthracite. The windows are fitted with pleated blinds.

The bathroom features a very low-profile shower and ample storage space.

The cosy living room has an adjoining dining area, and the kitchen is right next to it.
The living room furnishings include a flat-screen smart TV, a radio, free Wi-Fi (no right to compensation in case of service disruption), a side table, a large sofa bed, and an armchair with a matching footstool.

The high-quality kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, and a coffee maker.

The bedroom features a large and comfortable box-spring bed measuring 2x90 x 200 cm.

There is no alternative parking space in this complex; a paid public car park is located in the immediate vicinity.
