Everything was great. We had three people and each had a room and one in the loft. The loft couch was not very comfortable and the host ended up purchasing a mattress pad to assist. If I could make the place better I’d recommend a new pullout couch and mattresses in the bedrooms. Other than that it’s great! Great location to everything you need.

For the price and location to the inner city, this VRBO is average at best. And let's face it; all the neighborhoods in that area of Philly are run down - so not much of a view outside or on the roof top.The layout of the apartment is good; but the bed mattress in both rooms are very low end and not comfortable at all - lumpy and uneven. (The pillows are also very low end and not good.)The shower was what you would get at a low end hotel and the towels were also very used and worn out.The apartment was clean and the fridge worked good. Although, we had to call the host for AC maintenance when we arrived as it was not working.Also, the apartment is very close to the highway, so you get to listen to traffic and racing cars all night long.If you're in a bind and booked late to Philly, like me; this place will get you by.If you're used to a nice place with comfortable beds, my advice is to keep looking.And no, I won't be going back to this VRBO.

Great location and easy walk almost everywhere! Couch bed was not very comfortable even with pad; may need to be replaced. Only a child can really sleep on it.
