Stylish pine cone–inspired 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin designed for comfort and charm. Enjoy a real wood fireplace, plus a cozy sunroom/library perfect for reading or relaxing. Outside, unwind on the deck with seating and dining area with a charcoal BBQ, or soak in the wood-burning hot tub and gather by the fire pit. Walk to the lake and enjoy seasonal community amenities (fee applies). Located in the Pocono Mountains near Kalahari, Camelback, hiking, skiing, and wineries. And local shops. Nearby!!

INSIDE
Enter the cabin through the front deck and step into a warm, open-concept space designed for comfort and connection. To your right is the living room with a comfy couch, coffee table, real wood-burning fireplace, and a cabinet stocked with board games for cozy nights in. Straight ahead, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, plus a small bar area. Tucked behind the bar is a washer and dryer for your convenience. From here, a door leads to a charming library nook with access to the deck. Across from the entrance is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Down the hallway are two bedrooms: a primary bedroom with a queen bed, TV, and closet, and a second bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed and closet. (Owner’s closet near the entrance is locked.)

DECK
Enjoy outdoor seating, a dining area, and a charcoal grill—perfect for meals and morning coffee. The deck also provides easy access to the side yard.

YARD
Unwind in the wood-burning hot tub, then gather around the fire pit area in the back for relaxed evenings under the stars.

Guest access
If you are planning to use the Association amenities, wristbands are $10 per person and can be purchased directly at the community office:

Mon–Thurs: 8 AM – 4 PM

Friday: 8 AM – 6 PM

Saturday: 8 AM – 2 PM

After 2 PM on Saturday and all day Sunday, wristbands can be purchased at the Seneca Pool Snack Shack (cash only).

Community Amenities

- MAIN LAKE

Main Lake is our largest lake in the development that spans 45 acres! It is also 4 ft deep and has a great fish life for our avid fisherman (permits required)!
There are also several different playgrounds for our younger members.
Please keep in mind that the ropes are not put out for swimming until early summer.

Seneca Pool


- BOULDER LAKE
Boulder Lake is the fan favorite among our members! It is 9.4 acres wide and can go to almost 12 feet deep!
Boulder Lake also features a playground area, boat racks and even a volleyball net.
Please remember that swimming is allowed when the ropes are put out in early summer.

- The BASKETBALL COURT is located right next to our clubhouse and across the way from Main Lake. It is a great area for the kids to play after school!

- FISHING LAKE is 3.3 acres wide and 4 and a half feet deep and is a favorite for fishing!
In fact, every year we hold our annual Fishing Derby at this very lake!

Watauga may be our smallest lake at .6 acres, but it is still fun for our fisherman, nature enthusiasts and families!

Other things to note
We are located in a Private Gated Community (Indian Mountain Lakes). You will have to provide us with full names of all guests before your stay. You will have to check in at the Security Booth/Gate upon arrival and provide them with the property address, all names and IDs of all guests.
Please, note that any names that were not given to us prior to your arrival will not be able to enter the Community.

Please, note that we need to submit Reservation Form to the Office at least 2 business days before your check in date. In case of last minute inquiries that are less than 2 business days to the trip, or in case that the guest did not provide us with the required information on time - fee of $80 will be added.

A woodshed is located near the fire pit. Guests may add unlimited access to our wood supply for a $35 fee.
