Saubere, einfache Ferienwohnung in bester Lage

Wir hatten durchweg gelungene Ferientage. Die Anlage ist ein tolles, großes Haus mit riesigem Atrium voller Pflanzen in der Mitte. In fünf Stockwerken liegen diverse Wohnungen, über lange Flure um das Atrium herum verbunden. Man sollte keine Höhenangst haben, da man von zwei gläsernen Fahrstühlen transportiert wird. Trotz der Größe des Hauses gibt es keinen großen Hall oder Lärm, da alle Böden auf den Fluren und Treppen mit sauberem Teppich ausgelegt sind. Unsere Wohnung selbst war zweckmäßig und absolut ausreichend ausgestattet, aber leider gab es nur einen sehr kleinen Kühlschrank, nur zwei Herdplatten und keinen Backofen. Deko ist sicher Geschmackssache; die Aufteilung der Zimmer war super für uns; Betten waren etwas unbequem aber nicht schlimm. Man sollte nicht nur an Handtücher, sondern auch an einen Badezimmervorleger für die Dusche denken. Die Tiefgarage ist extrem praktisch und direkt mit dem Fahrstuhl zu erreichen. Die Lage ist about top, besser geht's nicht, direkt an Promenade und Strand gelegen. Kleines Manko: wenn man hier bei FeWo bucht, hat man keine Ahnung, wer der Verwalter/Vermieter ist, da noch eine dubiose Zwischenfirma angeben wird, bei der man null Möglichkeiten hat, sie zu erreichen. Ist mir absolut unverständlich, denn die Wohnung wird durch Upstalsboom vermietet und die sind ja durchaus bekannt und erreichbar. So wirkt es hier leider ein bisschen unseriös, obwohl es das gar nicht ist. Upstalsboom hat sogar ein eigenes Büro unten im Haus.
