This cosy 3-room holiday apartment measures approximately 80 square metres and is suitable for 2–4 people. It’s only about a 7-minute walk to the beach.

The cosy living area features a comfortable leather sofa set, solid wood furniture, a dining area for 4 people, a TV, and access to the sunny, furnished south-facing balcony.
The kitchen is very well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven/ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, and all standard kitchen appliances.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe.
The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a wardrobe.
You can order bed linens and towels for a fee through the rental agreement.
Bright bathroom with a large shower, toilet, sink, and bidet.
Wi-Fi is available. A separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) is available for your use. There is one parking space at the house. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony. Pets are not allowed.

Saubere großzügige Wohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz, alle Räume sind geräumig, alles vorhanden was man benötigt, vom Fön bis zum Toaster,... großer sonniger Balkon. Und super Lage, in wenigen Minuten erreicht man Supermarkt, Restaurants, Läden, .. und auch das Meer ist nicht weit entfernt
