I would recommend staying at this house. Peaceful setting and we all enjoyed the generous deck space that the property has. The house has everything you would need and we all enjoyed our stay there.
The host was very responsive and the house was perfect for what we needed (2 nights while in town for a wedding with little need to cook and mostly just sleeping). We were surprised by the lack of railings on balconies and def felt little kids or us after a few drinks could be trouble. There weren't many kitchen items left behind (no fault of the host) so plan to pack paper goods for your stay. As other people mentioned, we couldn't find the toaster but were able to use the broiler for our bagels. We didn't find it to be mosquito central quite yet, but did find some containers of standing water around so that is def a concern later in the season so pack bug spray! Not mentioned in the listing but there are external cameras in the front and back which surprised us!
