A private Torch Lake waterfront estate on 18 wooded acres, with 75 feet of private shoreline and your own dock — on one of Michigan's most photographed inland lakes. This is the rare property where an entire extended family, a boating crew, or a horse show group can spread out and still gather easily.

Perfect for multi-generational reunions, boating groups, and horse show travelers who want privacy and room to breathe. The home sleeps up to 16 across 4 bedrooms: a king primary suite, two king rooms with folding sofa beds, and a basement room with a king plus 2 queen beds (note: this basement room is not yet wall-separated — planned once the rec room build-out is complete).

A paved woodland trail leads to the waterfront, and a pickleball set is included.

Good to know: the dock, outdoor games, outdoor furniture, and hot tub are weather-dependent and available seasonally only. Also, as is common along Torch Lake, the shoreline can be rockier close to shore before transitioning to sand, with sudden depth changes a short distance out — water shoes are recommended.

Alden Village is minutes away, with Traverse City an easy drive further.

Booked a 7 day stay, Worst experience I have ever had. Upon arrival the water didn't work.it took them an entire 24 hours to get into the breaker box to switch on the pump.The air conditioning didn't work. They installed heat lamp bulbs into the recessed lights on all floors which made the issue even more unbearable. The entire first floor/garage smelled like urine The weather outside was 90 so having working air conditioning prior to accepting reservations would be something that you would think they would do. By day 3 I could not take it anymore and left But obviously they do not care about the safety of their guests.There were also signs of someone on the roof at night where the kids bedrooms were, windows all open due to the AC not work working. Don't rent this place it's dangerous and creepy.
