Private entrance, private outside patio, heated pool, secure Wi-Fi, multi-split ACs, dishwasher, washer/dryer, make this quaint and comfortable home a luxury stay in Cocoa Beach. Close proximity to beach, golf course, KSC and Orlando theme parks. This property is a shared external space as the host lives on site in the main house. The shared exterior space also comes with the extremely social resident dogs; must love dogs to enjoy this property. Host will consider pets, please contact host to discuss. Perfect for retirees, remote workers, or those looking to temporarily relocate to the area. Property available with minimum of one month stay, as this is a monthly rental only.
