ich habe 2 Wochen mit meiner Familie in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und es war alles wunderbar. Die Ansprechpartnerin Ana war jederzeit erreichbar um uns Fragen zu beantworten oder uns behilflich zu sein. Nur als Hinweis, in Mexiko sind die Entfernungen nicht vergleichbar mit Deutschland, es gibt in Playacar keinen Supermarkt, dieser ist außerhalb des Wohnviertels im Centro Maya, es ist zwar Fußläufig erreichbar aber je nach Temperatur ist das um die Mittagszeit unangenehm. Ein Oxo für das, was man täglich braucht ist genau gegenüber der Wohnanlage und auch eine Bäckerei mit leckerem Gebäck ist im gleichen Gebäude wie der OXO.Um in das Wohngebiet Playacar zu kommen gibt es Kontrollpunkte und man wird ebenfalls beim Betreten der Wohnanlage überprüft, Sicherheit wird hier groß geschrieben!Ich kann sowohl die Unterkunft als auch den Anbieter uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Diana, Ana weiß es sehr zu schätzen, dass ihre ständige Erreichbarkeit bei Fragen und kleinen Hilfen bei Ihrer Familie so gut ankam. Danke auch für die ehrlichen Hinweise zu den Wegen nach Centro Maya, den Oxo mit Bäckerei gegenüber und die Kontrollen in Playacar. Ihre Familie ist hier jederzeit wieder willkommen.
