This modern, comfortable, and cosy 3-room apartment with a west-facing balcony in Scharbeutz is ready for your holiday. The new apartment complex on Seestraße is located right next to the spa park. It’s just 400 m from the beach and the newly redesigned Dünenmeile, which features a variety of shops, cafés, and restaurants. Additional shopping options (bakery, Rewe, Penny, Aldi, Rossmann) are a 6-minute walk away. You can easily reach the first-floor apartment by lift.

The apartment’s high-quality amenities invite you to stay a little longer. The living and dining room, featuring a bright, fully equipped kitchen, includes an extendable dining table with 6 chairs. Relax on the cosy sofa or enjoy the comfort of the club chairs; enjoy the excellent picture quality of the LOEWE TV and the great sound from the stereo system; play a game on the Wii console; or simply unwind on the balcony. Of course, we provide Wi-Fi. With two bedrooms (each with a double bed) and two bathrooms (1 with a shower, 1 with a tub), it’s ideal for 4 people; there’s also room for an additional cot in the bedroom.

The larger bedroom features a flat-screen TV. The apartment can be completely darkened using exterior blinds. The bathrooms feature high-quality tiling and underfloor heating; a hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror, and a washing machine make your holiday even more comfortable. The apartment is easy to clean, with modern PVC designer flooring.

Your medium-sized, well-behaved dog is also welcome in this non-smoking apartment. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or on the balcony! Two Stevens bicycles and a youth bike are available in the basement for your excursions in the surrounding area. You can park your car in the underground garage during your stay.



The modern Kurparkresidenz apartment complex is centrally located. An lift provides convenient access to the modern two- and three-room apartments, some of which offer a view of the Kurpark. The apartments are located directly across from the Kurpark, just a few steps from the pedestrian zone. Cosy cafes, restaurants, charming boutiques, the beautiful pier, and, last but not least, the Dünenmeile invite you to stroll and linger. Underground parking spaces are available.
