About this property

Spacious 4-bedroom house on Lake Brownwood with Boat Dock

Completely renovated home including all new furnishings with a warm, family home feel. Home is located on the water and features a private boat dock perfect for storing your boat during the stay, or to be used to fish or swim from. The home also features two outdoor seating areas for 12, including a large deck overlooking the lake. A private bunk house is located off the back patio, with bunk beds, a queen bed, and a hide-away sofa. The bunkhouse also has a 65 inch TV. The perfect place for the kids to hang out. House includes an 86 inch tv in the living room and 65 inch tv's in every bedroom. All tv's are smart tv's connected to Wifi. Use your favorite streaming app. to watch your favorite shows. Kitchen provides cooking pots and pans, baking dishes, plates, cups, wine glasses, and all the cooking utensils needed. Additional appliances include a Keurig Duo coffee pot for K-Cups or, traditional drip coffee, blender, toaster, air fryer, crock pot and instant pot. Folgers K-Cups, coffee, and filters are provided. There is also a pellet smoker located outside; however, pellets are not provided. Two indoor dining tables are also provided to seat 10, and an added breakfast bar that will seat 3. Pets welcome with additional fee.

Make sure backdoors are all locked
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
• No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes inside the home or bunkhouse • No glass on the dock, or near the lake
• No parties or large gatherings • Do not leave food outside—wildlife is active around the lake
• Please respect quiet hours after 10 PM • Pets allowed only if approved in advance
