Vacation Rental with a Private Natural Swimming Pond

Smoking is permitted outside the holiday rental. Cosy holiday rental (100 square metres) for up to 6 people with direct access to the garden. Our 100-square-meter holiday rental offers families and friends an ideal place to relax, enjoy themselves, and unwind. The holiday rental opens directly onto the spacious garden, which features a fire pit and a swimming pond. Built with organic materials such as solid wood, clay, hemp, and natural stone, this holiday rental is not only a visual delight but also conveys a sense of deep tranquility and offers a truly restorative experience. A large dining table provides space for enjoyable meals together. The kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove, and sink—as well as all necessary dishes—offers everything you need for self-catering. Additionally, the kitchen features a wood-burning stove. You can cook on it just like in the old days. The holiday rental features a modern central heating system. The bedroom offers sleeping accommodation for up to 6 people on mattresses (larger groups upon request). A bathroom and a separate toilet round out the amenities. The front door opens through a foyer directly onto the garden, which, with its variety of plants and trees, serves as a haven for rest and relaxation. There you’ll encounter our free-roaming animals—4 cats, our dog Bobby, and our chickens, cockerels, and ducks. Above the holiday rental, in our garden, there is a fire pit where you can grill over an open fire and enjoy the starry nights in a cosy setting. Firewood for the stove and the campfire can be purchased from us for 13.00 EUR per basket. The holiday rental has been and continues to be used regularly as a seminar and lecture space, offering 25 people a relaxed and harmonious atmosphere in which to expand their knowledge. // Check-in: 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM Check-out: by 10:00 AM Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets: not allowed. Local tax: 2.60 EUR per person/night— 01.01.2027:, 2.70 EUR per person/night (for guests aged 15 and older). Linens are included. According to the house rules, guests are required to sort the trash generated during their stay. We provide the trash bags and bins. If guests fail to sort their trash, we will charge a flat fee of 100.00 EUR. We do not allow bachelor or hen nights. Payment must be made in cash on-site only.
