Comfortable vacation apartment (48 m²) for up to 4 people with free Wi-Fi

Our lovingly and fully furnished holiday rental is approximately 48 square metres in size and can accommodate up to four people. The apartment consists of a kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate bathroom. The large bedroom (approximately 17 square metres) features a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm). The smaller bedroom (approximately 9 square metres) has two single beds (80 x 200 cm).The kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, an electric stove with an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kettle, and dishes. The bedroom (approx. 17 sqm) has a double bed and a pull-out couch that can be used to accommodate two people (max. 1 adult and 1 child or 2 children). The bathroom has a shower, a sink, and a washing machine. Bed linens and towels are provided. Wi-Fi and parking are available free of charge. This is a non-smoking apartment. The garden features lounge chairs, seating, and a patio umbrella. You are welcome to use the garden. - Payment is due in cash on site (an ATM is available in town) or by bank transfer (you will receive the account details from the host) - Check-in time: 14:00 - 20:00 - Check-out time: by 10:00 - Keys will be handed over in person on site - Pets are allowed upon request and for an additional fee of 50 EUR per stay—please arrange this in advance - A visitor’s tax of 2.60 EUR per person per day will be charged separately on site. - Meals: Bread roll service available for an additional fee - Included amenities: Wi-Fi, parking
