This lovingly furnished duplex apartment spans two floors and, with 63 m² of space, offers everything you need for a relaxing and varied family holiday. The fine-sand beach is only about 2 kilometres away, and the marina is also very close by—just 550 metres away, and you’ll be right in the heart of that holiday feeling.
On the lower level of the apartment, you’ll find a bright kitchen-living room with a cosy corner sofa bed, a large dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for self-catering. Games, a TV, and an internet radio with Bluetooth and USB ensure entertainment even on rainy days. A separate bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet are also located on this floor. A spiral staircase leads to the open sleeping area in the attic, which is furnished with a spacious family bed (240x200). For our youngest guests, a travel cot and a high chair are available upon request.
On the south-facing balcony, you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun or relax and wind down in the evening. A carport and bike storage make your arrival and sightseeing trips even more convenient.

The bright and modernly furnished Karla holiday rental is just a few minutes’ walk from the yacht and fishing harbour in Karlshagen, right next to the Peene meadows. This lovingly designed duplex apartment spans two levels and offers approximately 63 m² of space for four adults and one child up to ten years old. On the ground floor, you’ll find a welcoming kitchen-living room with a cosy dining area and access to the sunny south-facing balcony. Here you’ll also find a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a closet, as well as a modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer. A spiral staircase leads up to the open sleeping area under the roof. There you’ll find a spacious family bed measuring 240x200, where the whole family can relax. A safety gate can be installed at the top for the safety of small children. A travel cot and a high chair are available upon request.
The living areas are furnished in a modern and functional style, pleasantly lit by indirect lighting, and equipped with free Wi-Fi. The centrepiece of the kitchen-dining area is a large corner couch that invites you to read, play, or watch TV. An internet radio with USB and Bluetooth capabilities provides entertainment. The kitchen itself is fully equipped with an induction stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, espresso machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and all necessary kitchen utensils. Children’s tableware is also provided.
On the balcony, you’ll find a table with chairs and a parasol—perfect for breakfast or a relaxing evening outdoors. You can conveniently park your car under the carport, and there’s a lockable storage room for bicycles. Upon arrival, you’ll find a small selection of everyday essentials, such as toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, a dishcloth, and matching sheets for the beds. This way, you can start your holiday feeling completely relaxed.



Check-in is available from 5:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
