This spacious 1.5-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the popular “Jan am Strand” building and offers a stunning view of the Weltschifffahrtsweg—a real highlight for ship enthusiasts and lovers of the sea.

The open-concept kitchen-living area is equipped with a microwave and all the essentials and seamlessly integrated into the cosy living area—ideal for flexible cooking even while on holiday. The living area itself features a dining table and four chairs, a comfortable sofa, two wicker armchairs, and a comfortable double bed that can be folded away into the closet to save space.

A separate small room with a window serves as a walk-in closet and also offers enough space for a travel cot or larger pieces of luggage. The modern shower room with a toilet rounds out the amenities. A flat-screen cable TV provides entertainment.

Particularly attractive is the spacious balcony with a view of the North Sea—perfect for relaxing in the fresh air. An underground parking space (max. height 190 cm) is also included, ensuring convenient parking even during peak season.

From 03.11.2025 through approximately 12.12.2025, the heating and hot water systems at “Jan am Strand” will be replaced.
• Hot Water: A temporary hot water supply will be available during the work. Please note that the water pressure may be lower than usual.
• Heating: During this period, only portable electric heaters (e.g., oil-filled radiators) will be available in the apartments, as central heating will not be possible.
• Noise Disturbance: Due to the dismantling and installation work, construction noise is to be expected during this period.
