The 36-square-meter one-room apartment is located in the attic of the house and can accommodate up to two people. The living and sleeping area features a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a small sitting area, a TV, and a stereo system. From the apartment’s private balcony, you can enjoy an idyllic view of the sea. In the distance, you can even catch glimpses of the Bansin pier, so this spot is sure to quickly become your favourite place. It’s the perfect spot to make plans for the day or recharge your batteries in the evening while listening to the sound of the waves. The fully equipped kitchen is directly adjacent to the living room and is separated from it by a high counter. Through the apartment’s hallway, you’ll reach the naturally lit bathroom with a toilet, sink, bathtub, and heated towel rack.

A designated parking space is available for you on the property. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. A lockable bike storage room, a small fitness room with a ping-pong table, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer are located in the building’s basement and are available for use by guests.

A special highlight of the apartment is a private beach chair included in the rental price, located directly on the beach and available to you from May through September.
The communal fireplace room on the ground floor of the house also features a sea view and guarantees a cosy atmosphere.
