Two bedrooms feature two queen beds each, one offers a queen bed, and the master includes a king bed. Bathrooms include walk-in showers and separate toilets. There are hair dryers and bath sheets for guests' comfort. The villa also features a fully equipped kitchen plus a kitchenette, a washer/dryer, and a living area with a TV. Outdoor spaces include a private pool, terrace, and balcony equipped with a work desk—ideal for relaxing or working remotely.

Located in a peaceful jungle setting, the villa is a 10-minute drive from Cenote Mayan Blue and close to Escondido Cenote and Dos Aguas Park.
