Fabulous 4-bedroom house in Crested Butte South - amazing ranch & mountain views
This 4-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to Crested Butte. Downstairs is a large Great Room/Kitchen area with a new gas fireplace (February), a 56-inch TV, four suede arm-chairs and a wonderful, nap-inducing leather couch. In the kitchen, enjoy cooking on the 5-burner gas Kitchen-Aid Range/Oven. Clean-up is easy with the quiet Kitchen-Aid dishwasher. New wood flooring, cabinet refinishing and kitchen sink 2 years ago. A half-bath and laundry room are also downstairs.
Upstairs you will find the Master Bedroom and two Guest Bedrooms, each with King Size Beds. There is also a Bunk/Rec Room with four Twin Beds, a 65-inch TV and multiple Board Games for Family Fun. The 2 upstairs bathrooms feature a jetted bathtub in the Master and a traditional bathtub in the Guest Bath, ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure. The entire 2nd floor got brand new carpeting in February.
Enjoy the fresh mountain air and great views on the front deck which has a Hot Tub and Gas Grill. And if it's the right time of year, you'll see the cows grazing in the meadow on Spann Ranch, a half mile below.
Whether you’re unwinding in the superb living area, having some family time in the Rec Room, getting a nice soak in the hot tub and taking in the views from the front deck, or enjoying quiet moments in the cozy bedrooms, this enchanting home provides a comfortable retreat.
