Die Apartment Anlage befindet sich im Zentrum von Boltenhagen. Geschäfte und Gaststätten befinden sich in unmittelbar Entfernung.Zum Strand sind es ca.100 m.

Sehr zentral gelegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr gut. Schade das doch mittlerweile einige lokale oder Gaststätte geschlossen haben oder mussten? Die Parkplätze im Objekt duene 3 sollten dringend von der Gestaltung her auf die heutigen fahrzeuggroessen angepasst werden. Der reinigungsdienst in der Fewo 5 sollte sorgfältiger arbeiten es gab doch, wenn auch wenige mängel (z. B. Dusche oder auf den Schränken). Ganz schlecht ist das WLAN -, liegt aber wahrscheinlich nicht an der Wohnung, sondern an der gesamten Umgebung. Für ein verlängertes Wochenende Anfang September okay, aber nicht für Sommerurlaub. Strand und strandnaehe sind aber trotz allem ausgezeichnet.
