Don`t waste all your energy on the slopes as this home offers tons of fun once you return, as well! Shuffle puck, billiards, darts, board games; enjoy it all while you stay nice and cozy by the fireplace! This is a wonderful house for those who ski/ride and for those who don`t. Keep yourself entertained all day practicing your trick throws/shots and then show everyone your new talents while dinner is being made in your newly updated kitchen.

Enter into a mudroom where the lights are automatic and welcome you back home! Shed your seasonal gear and enter into the home. Climb the short flight of steps upstairs and you`ll enter into a sprawling living room, dining and open kitchen space. SOOOO much room for you to hang out together and catch up on stories from the day. Bored of stories, challenge someone to a game of shuffle board while you wait for dinner to be served.

This floor also has a full bathroom with a tub and shower, dual sinks and a huge bedroom with 2 queen beds!

Back down the steps you`ll get to your 3 other bedrooms and the game room!

The next bedroom is almost an exact copy of the upstairs bedroom with 2 queens. There`s also your smaller master with just 1 queen and a kids fun, bunk, room. In this bunk room there`s a twin bed as well as a full under twin bunk.

The game room! This is where I like to spend my time. A gorgeous pool table, an electronic dart board, and board games to keep everyone busy until bed time.

A seasonal fire pit outside will keep you nice and toasty in the Spring, those cooler summer nights and fall. In the winter, if there`s not toooo much snow, feel free to enjoy!

We LOVE being able to host your fur babies. We always request that you thoroughly wipe your fur babies paws in the mud room (we will leave a towel for you) and please only allow the dogs on the portion of the sofa covered by the dog cover. The owner`s preference is that fur babies do not sleep on the beds, but we know this is sometimes a hard ask. Thank you for any help with this.

WINTER SHUTTLE:
There`s a wonderful shuttle that runs on weekends and holidays. It runs a loop, continuously, from 8am - 4:30pm. It typically does pick ups from 8am - 12pm and drop offs from 1pm - 5pm.

WILDLIFE:
This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including, but not limited to, deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.

WEATHER:
In the winter, there can be rain, snow, ice, and other inclement conditions. Please reach out with any questions.

POWER & INTERNET:
This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.

TRANSPORTATION:
SPRING: All or 4 wheel drive recommended for `mud season`.
SUMMER/FALL: Any car/motorcycle should be fine but keep in mind we have constantly changing terrain; dirt roads, paved, gravel, a mix of all 3, etc.
WINTER: All or 4 wheel drive STRONGLY recommended. Some areas receive better plowing than others and there are some hills that, just front wheel drive, cars won`t make it up.
No matter the season, PLEASE, always drive with caution!

TOW TRUCKS: Are not quick to get to you, especially in the winter but there will be info in your welcome book should you need one.

POSSIBLE RIDES:
While we don`t have taxis, Ubers, etc. there ARE some local drivers who might be able to help. If you`re hoping to book some rides you can try `Mountain Drivers`. Sam is the owner and their number is 802-772-5223. Last I heard, he has 10 drivers. Please let him know Kelton Collective sent you his way.

EV CHARGING:
If bringing an EV, we DO allow charging from the house.
The charge $10/day for charging.
Note: There is no 220 outlet.

TRASH:
No LOOSE trash in any outside trash cans. Animals will make a mess & trash collectors will NOT pick up your trash.
Note: There`s a $100 fine for un-bagged trash in the bins.

If booking through Hostaway, VRBO, or Google:
$500 CREDIT CARD HOLD - This will be applied 1 day before check-in and will serve as your security deposit. Funds will be refunded within 48 hours after checkout baring any damages.

If booking through Hostaway, VRBO, or Google:
4% CANCELATION FEE WILL APPLY FOR CANCELED RESERVATIONS REGARDLESS OF WHEN YOU CANCEL. We`re happy to adjust your reservation; dates/different property, etc. to avoid the fee.
