Overall, this is a great property. We’ve stayed in other homes in Arbor Lyn, and the finished basement alone puts this one at the top of the list in terms of quality. The kids absolutely loved it. That being said, there’s some minor things we noticed that were a bit… odd. There are next to no ceiling fans in the home. If that is something that you are accustomed to using, especially in the summer, you will be disappointed. The lighting is… interesting, especially in the kitchen (no lights under the cabinets) and main living room (no lamps, only pot lights in the ceiling). There’s a lot of “fancy” lighting throughout the home, but the functionality kind of missed the mark for us in some places. Having the garage door opener, or at the least the code to use, would’ve been nice as well. Could we have asked for it? Possibly, but it was our choice to go the week without it. That being said, there were plenty of nice touches provided to us (i.e. paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, etc.) that were crucial for an enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again.
