Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
-Leave all used towels & sheets on shower floor. -Set thermostat to 78° before leaving. -Place unwashed dishes in dishwasher. -Empty trash cans and deposit in trash chute.
-Return keys & fobs to the lock box on the unit door. -Turn ice maker off, and set refrigerator temp to level 1. -Clean out refrigerator
-Return beach cart to storage closet located outside the exit door at the end of the main hallway.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
$150 application fee to HOA/Property Manager
