About this property

Ostseeperlen-Haus 2 - Child-friendly, bright vacation home with garden, terrace

Welcome! Here, traditional and modern spa architecture blend harmoniously with a peaceful yet vibrant atmosphere. Look forward to your vacation, to arriving here, to unwinding, and to our service.

This high-quality vacation cottage, completed in May 2017 with 85 square meters of living space, is a historically protected building that we have completely renovated and furnished for you with great care. It is located in the heart of Kühlungsborn with an enchanting view of the historic old steam locomotive “Molli”.

The house has 3 bedrooms. Two of them feature a double bed; the third bedroom has two single beds that can be pulled out to create four beds, as well as a TV.

Both floors have a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer.

The living room is spacious and features a dining area and TV. A DVD/Blu-ray player and CD player are also available.

The open-concept kitchenette is equipped with high-quality appliances: electric kettle, egg cooker, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, stove with ceramic cooktop and oven, and a separate kitchen cart.

Cribs, high chairs, potties, handcarts, and sports strollers… as well as sand toys are available to borrow free of charge. There is also a lockable room for bicycles.

Two parking spaces are available at the house for a fee. Wi-Fi is available. Dogs are welcome upon request.
