Great location easy walk to the beach. The house is ok does need a little work as windows are single pane and most don’t have screens so if windows were opened we dealt with a lot of gnats. You could hear a lot of street noise and you can hear the people above just walking around, showering or if they were talking loudly. Also there are enough places settings for four people but dishwasher was easy enough to use to keep up with clean dishes. Shower doors don’t seem to stay closed and one of the bathrooms does not have a lock. Beds were clean and comfortable and there was plenty of seating in the dining area and has a small couch in the living room. Plenty of towels for the beach.

Location is fantastic close to the beach and one block from the downtown strip of Manhattan Beach. Hosts were very easy to get a hold and quick respond. The rooftop space is a really nice bonus area that we really enjoyed. Due to the age of the building, the walls are a little thin so you could hear the people upstairs but earplugs solve that problem, the unit itself has been recently upgraded and is lovely.
