This configuration is the ultimate "hack" for groups of up to 10 who want world-class amenities without the $1,750+ nightly rate or the $650 cleaning fee associated with the full mansion.

Your Private Experience
To ensure a cost-effective and seamless stay, the 7,000 sq. ft. main manor remains closed and unoccupied during your visit. You are not sharing the property with anyone. You will have exclusive use of the West Wing’s private entrance, its modern living spaces, and the entire estate’s outdoor grounds.

House Rules & Compliance:

Parking: Free on-site parking for up to 4 vehicles. Additional vehicles must be approved by property management.

Pets: Welcome with prior approval. Please provide pet details when booking.

Events/Birthdays: These incur a one-time event fee depending on type and occupancy.

Zero-Tolerance Policy: We take our property management seriously. Sneaking in unauthorized guests, pets, or events will result in immediate eviction without refund and severe financial penalties.

To provide a more cost-effective luxury stay, the 7,000 sq. ft. main house will remain closed and unoccupied during your visit. This ensures your total privacy, as no other guests will be on-site.

The West Wing: Full private use of all living spaces, bedrooms, and bathrooms within this wing.

Outdoor Amenities: Unlimited, private access to the property’s expansive grounds, including the double pickleball courts, outdoor spa, and orchard.
